What Is Soft Washing?
Soft Washing is the approach we take to cleaning delicate surfaces. It is the most efficient, and non-damaging way of washing homes, sheds, fences, and roofs. Instead of putting high pressure on delicate surfaces, we spray a soapy solution on the surface and let it eat away the dirt and stains. Then give it a rinse.
What is the Solution?
The solution consists of 3 parts water, .5 parts bleach, and .5 parts dish soap. The solution varies based on the condition of the surface we are cleaning.
is It Harmful to Pets/Plants?
We encourage keeping pets away from the applied location for about 24 hours (Or until the solution dries). We wash plants down and replenish the roots with fresh water as we go.
Why Does This Work?
The solution creates an environment that bacteria hate, it kills all algae in a short period. For tough stains, if they wash off the first time we go over it again.
Do I need It?
We encourage getting your property soft washed every 1-2 years. If longer you risk long-term damage to your property.

We use the size of your surface to help us calculate how much solution will be needed.
Cost of solution
The cost of solution is calculated at a rate of 300 feet = 10$ this is a fixed price due to our expenses for solution and gas for the machines.
Cost Per Sq Foot
Our Cost Per Square foot is calculated based on time taken to complete a job and cover business expenses. The cost for Soft Washing is .19 cents per square foot which is lower than a majority of all of our competitors
