Job Arrival
You may be our first or last customer of the day either way we come prepared and smiling
Introduction
Here we will knock or call and introduce you to BL Softwash. We will give you a few requests prior to our start like shutting all windows tightly, turning off outside outlets, etc
Preparation
Then we will do all the preparation hooking up all the equipment, taping up outlets, and tapping the water source.
Get Working
Let’s start working, depending on the job and size time can vary. In most cases, it won’t be more than 5-6 hours
Double Check
Once completed we go back and check for any spots we have missed or get any tough stains that didn’t come out on the first try.
Triple Check
We now will get you outside, and have you check to make sure you are happy with the result.
Clean up
With water services many normal home features get a little moved around. Here we will return any loose mulch pieces and move furniture back etc.
Receive Payment
Once you are completely happy with the result, we collect payment (cash, card, check) based on the prior agreement
Pack Up & move ON
We are heading out, but first, we have to play Jenga with the equipment to fit it back into the truck.
